To begin, simply integrate your fitness app or device to synchronize activity data. Next, establish daily and weekly objectives within the Wellbeing app and earn Qantas Points upon successful completion. The app supports synchronization with various wearable apps, including Samsung Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin, and Strava.

During the 28-day trial period, participants can garner up to 1,000 Qantas Points* by walking, running, swimming, or even achieving quality sleep. Following the completion of the trial period, users will continue to accrue points within the App but at a reduced rate – to unlock additional points, consider obtaining an Eligible Qantas Insurance Product.*

• The Qantas Wellbeing App (the App) caters to Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) members aged 13 and older. The Qantas Points awarded for activities within the App may vary based on the member's held Eligible Qantas Product/s. • While typically associated with a joining fee, this fee is waived when registering through the App. Each new user of the App has the potential to acquire up to 1,000 Qantas Points during a complimentary 28-day trial or a maximum of 2,000 Qantas Points yearly post the trial's conclusion. To attain the highest number of points, users must conquer the most challenging daily and weekly tasks, triumph in all weekly group challenges, and complete all assessments.
